No yeast, no long rising times—just a delicious pizza in no time.

Ingredients

For the dough:

250g all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

150ml milk (or water for a lighter version)

For the topping:

100g tomato sauce or passata

150g mozzarella cheese, shredded

Your choice of toppings: ham, mushrooms, peppers, olives, cherry tomatoes, etc.

A pinch of dried oregano or fresh basil

Instructions

Prepare the dough:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add olive oil and milk gradually, mixing until a smooth, slightly sticky dough forms.

Roll out the dough:
Lightly flour a surface and roll the dough into a round or rectangular shape, about ½ cm thick. Transfer it to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Add the toppings:
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and add your favorite toppings. Finish with a pinch of oregano or fresh basil for extra flavor.

Bake:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). Bake the pizza for 15–20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.

Serve and enjoy:
Let your pizza cool for a couple of minutes before slicing. Serve hot and enjoy a light, homemade pizza in a fraction of the time!
