Ingredients
For the dough:
250g all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
150ml milk (or water for a lighter version)
For the topping:
100g tomato sauce or passata
150g mozzarella cheese, shredded
Your choice of toppings: ham, mushrooms, peppers, olives, cherry tomatoes, etc.
A pinch of dried oregano or fresh basil
Instructions
Prepare the dough:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add olive oil and milk gradually, mixing until a smooth, slightly sticky dough forms.
Roll out the dough:
Lightly flour a surface and roll the dough into a round or rectangular shape, about ½ cm thick. Transfer it to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Add the toppings:
