β Benefits:
Bay leaf has expectorant, anti-inflammatory, and respiratory soothing properties. It helps loosen mucus and soothe coughs.
π Ingredients:
3-4 bay leaves (fresh or dried)
250 ml of water
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Β½ teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
πͺ Preparation:
Bring the water to a boil.
Add the bay leaves and simmer for 10 minutes.
Filter and let cool.
Add honey and lemon if you want to enhance the calming and disinfecting effect.
β Drink 2-3 cups a day, especially in the evening before going to bed.
