🍯 2. HONEY SYRUP (with lemon and ginger)
✅ Benefits:
Honey soothes the throat and reduces coughing; ginger is anti-inflammatory; lemon, rich in vitamin C, strengthens the immune system.
📝 Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of raw honey (preferably organic) 
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger 
🔪 Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you get a uniform consistency. 
- Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator (lasts about 5-7 days). 
🍽 Take 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day, also as needed in case of dry or chesty cough.
