๐ฏ 2. HONEY SYRUP (with lemon and ginger)
โ Benefits:
Honey soothes the throat and reduces coughing; ginger is anti-inflammatory; lemon, rich in vitamin C, strengthens the immune system.
๐ Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of raw honey (preferably organic)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
๐ช Preparation:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you get a uniform consistency.
Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator (lasts about 5-7 days).
๐ฝ Take 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day, also as needed in case of dry or chesty cough.
