Autumn Harvest Fruit Salad Recipe

Celebrate the Season: Autumn Harvest Fruit Salad Recipe

There’s something special about autumn—the crisp air, the golden light, and of course, the rich, earthy flavors of fall produce. While summer salads are all about refreshing berries and juicy melons, autumn invites a deeper palette: apples, pears, figs, grapes, and the warm hint of cinnamon and maple.

This Autumn Harvest Fruit Salad is my go-to recipe when I want something light but still comforting. It’s the perfect side dish for a cozy brunch, a festive holiday table, or even just a healthier dessert option after a hearty fall meal.

The beauty of this recipe is its simplicity and flexibility. It showcases the best fruits of the season, and it’s elevated by a gently spiced dressing that brings it all together. The addition of toasted nuts adds a welcome crunch, while a drizzle of maple syrup and a touch of citrus keep the flavors bright and balanced.

Whether you’re heading to a family gathering, prepping your Thanksgiving menu, or just enjoying a quiet Sunday at home, this salad captures the essence of fall in every bite.
