🌿 1. HOT LAUREL TEA
✅ Benefits:
Bay leaf has expectorant, anti-inflammatory, and respiratory soothing properties. It helps loosen mucus and soothe coughs.
📝 Ingredients:
- 3-4 bay leaves (fresh or dried) 
- 250 ml of water 
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional) 
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice (optional) 
🔪 Preparation:
- Bring the water to a boil. 
- Add the bay leaves and simmer for 10 minutes. 
- Filter and let cool. 
- Add honey and lemon if you want to enhance the calming and disinfecting effect. 
☕ Drink 2-3 cups a day, especially in the evening before going to bed.
