Mistake: After 6-8 hours of sleep, your body is dehydrated, so most people reach for coffee first thing in the morning. However, caffeine has a diuretic effect, which further worsens dehydration.
Solution: Start your day with a glass of lukewarm water, preferably with lemon – to boost your metabolism, stimulate your cells, and strengthen your body.
4. Dissolve water with other drinks.
Mistakes: Tea, coffee, juices, or carbonated drinks are not the same as pure water. Many of them contain sugar, caffeine, or other substances; they don’t hydrate and can sometimes even dehydrate.
Decided: Nourish yourself. Plain water was the most common liquid during the day. Light herbal teas or lemon water are acceptable, but sweeter information is worth it.
5. Ignoring water quality
: Tap water doesn’t always refill a dirty drink, and plastic bottles can contain microplastics and harmful compounds (e.g., BPA). Sometimes we drink water with a poor pH or that’s contaminated.
