🍞 Wow, I Had No Idea You Could Make Bread with Just 2 Ingredients!
Yes, you read that right — just TWO ingredients to make warm, fluffy, homemade bread! 😲 Whether you’re a seasoned baker or someone who usually leaves bread-making to the pros, this recipe will absolutely blow your mind with how easy (and delicious) it is.
No yeast. No kneading. No rising time. Just mix, bake, and enjoy. If you’re short on ingredients, time, or energy but still want fresh bread, this is a total game-changer.
🥣 The Two Magic Ingredients:
1 cup (250g) self-raising flour
1 cup (245g) Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
That’s it!
If you don’t have self-raising flour, no worries — I’ve included a quick DIY version below 👇
🔥 How to Make It
Step 1: Mix
In a bowl, combine the flour and Greek yogurt. Mix until a sticky dough forms. If it feels too dry, add a tiny splash of water. Too wet? Add a little more flour.
Step 2: Shape
Lightly flour a surface and shape the dough into a ball or log — or divide it into rolls, naans, or flatbreads. You do you!
Step 3: Bake or Cook
Oven: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
Stovetop: For flatbreads, cook in a dry pan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side.
Optional: Brush with melted butter, garlic, or herbs before serving.
👩🍳 Don’t Have Self-Raising Flour?
