Preparation:
1. First, wash the potatoes and then boil them in water for about 20 minutes. Then, rinse the potatoes, peel them, and let them cool. Now, wash the meat, pat it dry, dice it, and fry it in hot oil for about 5-6 minutes, then season with salt and pepper.
2. Combine the broth, cream, egg, and contents of the packet, then pour over the meat. Next, peel and halve the garlic. Rub a large casserole dish with garlic.
Drain the oil and mozzarella.
3. Slice the potatoes, then arrange them around the edge of the dish in a shingle-like pattern. Now fill the center with the meat and sauce, then slice the mozzarella and place it on top. Finally, bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
