Taste a hundred times better than those from the bakery, yogurt rolls without effort

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour with the dry yeast and salt.
  2. In a separate container, mix the yogurt with the milk, sugar and oil.
  3. Add the yogurt mixture to the flour mixture and knead into a dough.
  4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
  5. Cover the dough in the bowl and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until it has doubled in size.
  6. Knead the dough again and divide it into equal portions. Form them into rolls.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let them rest for another 15 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  9. Bake the rolls for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
