Directions:
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the dry yeast and salt.
- In a separate container, mix the yogurt with the milk, sugar and oil.
- Add the yogurt mixture to the flour mixture and knead into a dough.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough in the bowl and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until it has doubled in size.
- Knead the dough again and divide it into equal portions. Form them into rolls.
- Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let them rest for another 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Bake the rolls for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
