Raspberry sorbet is a fresh and easy-to-prepare dessert, perfect for a snack or to finish a meal: made with 3 ingredients, it’s ready in a flash. An alternative to classic ice cream, but faster because it doesn’t contain milk or cream, it’s made with only frozen raspberries, lime juice, and maple syrup.
To prepare it, simply mix all the ingredients in a blender and the raspberry sorbet is ready: our Melissa served it simply with a slice of lime and a few mint leaves, but you can serve it however you like.
