Recipe Preparation
1- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Lightly butter the mold, then place the pineapple chunks inside.
2- Whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture pales (5 minutes with an electric mixer at full power). Then add the melted butter, coconut, and honey. Mix well.
3- Spread the previous mixture over the pineapple pieces and bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.
Serve this cake warm or cold, with cream or whipped cream.
