Orange and Yogurt Cake

Ingredients:
1 plain yogurt (125 g) (we’ll use its small cup as a measure)
1 yogurt measure of light olive oil (or sunflower oil)
3 yogurt measures of wheat flour (approximately 360 g)
2 yogurt measures of sugar (approximately 250 g)
3 large eggs
1 large orange (juice and zest)
16 g baking powder (1 whole sachet)
