Fancy a crunchy vegetarian snack? Dip cauliflower florets in a mixture of flour, water, and spices. Bake them  at 230°C , add Buffalo sauce, then bake for a few minutes. The result: a spicy and crunchy snack  , perfect for an aperitif.

  1. Double-cooked potatoes

Bake whole potatoes  for 45 minutes at 200°C , scoop them out, then mix the flesh with grated cheese, bacon, or other toppings. Fill the skins,  air fry them for 5 minutes , and enjoy:  crispy skin, melt-in-the-mouth interior .
