Directions:
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets and boil in lightly salted water for about 5 minutes, until tender. Drain and let cool.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with the spices.
- In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Dip the cauliflower florets first in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs and Parmesan mixture to coat them well.
- Heat enough oil in a pan and fry the breaded cauliflower florets until golden brown. Make sure to cook them evenly, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- After frying, drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
