  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (120 g)
  • 1 large egg (50 g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Cinnamon/Sugar:

  • 1/2 cup sugar (100 g)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Chocolate dipping sauce:

  • 3 oz dark chocolate (85 g)
  • 1/2 cup cream (120 g)
