Hamburger steaks with onion sauce

Directions:

Prepare the hamburger steaks:
In a bowl, combine the ground beef with the egg, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into flat steaks.
Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the hamburger steaks on both sides until cooked through. Set aside.
Prepare the onion gravy:
In the same pan, melt the butter and add the onion rings.
Fry the onions until golden brown, then stir in the flour until lightly browned.
Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly, until the gravy thickens.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve:
Arrange the hamburger steaks on a plate and pour the onion gravy over them.
Optionally, you can serve the hamburger steaks with mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
