Garlic Shrimp Sauté Recipe with Vegetables and

Prepare the shrimp
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
Cook the vegetables
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the onion, garlic, carrot, broccoli, and red bell pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Cook the shrimp
Add the remaining tablespoon of oil and the shrimp.
Cook until they turn pink (approximately 3 minutes per side).
Add the finishing touch
Add the soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger. Mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
Add the cashews, mix well, and serve hot.
