Bad Breath: A Home Remedy for Fresh Breath

Juice of 2 fresh lemons (to neutralize stubborn odors)
250 ml of warm water, for a soft sensation
1/2 tablespoon of ground cinnamon, naturally antibacterial
1 tablespoon of liquid honey, with soothing properties
1 tablespoon of baking soda, to neutralize odors
Preparation: As simple as making an infusion.
In a large bowl, start by mixing the honey, cinnamon, and baking soda.
Then add the warm water, stirring gently.
Finish with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Once everything is well combined, pour the mixture into a glass bottle with an airtight seal. All that’s left to do is use it as a traditional mouthwash, after brushing your teeth.

Shake gently, rinse, smile. And finally, breathe deeply. Why it works (and why we’re so happy to adopt it):
Lemon acts as a natural deodorant, while cinnamon fights bacteria. Honey soothes the throat and leaves a pleasant taste. And baking soda? It balances the mouth’s pH and eliminates bad odors at the root.

This little homemade cocktail doesn’t just mask the odor: it acts directly and gently on the causes of bad breath.
