Coconut and Curry Blanquette
Ingredients 400g white fish (cod or other). 300g shrimp. 3 teaspoons fish stock. 1 teaspoon olive oil. 1 shallot. 100ml white wine. 15g cornstarch. 1 tablespoon 15% crème fraîche. 100ml light coconut milk. 2 teaspoons curry powder. Fresh dill. Salt and pepper.
