🥔 Ingredients
• 1 kilo of Creole potatoes or cocktail potatoes (pink), washed and peeled
• 150 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
• Finely chopped fresh parsley
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• Ground black pepper to taste
• 1 teaspoon of paprika
• Oil for frying (or for oven or air fryer)
