A way to make delicious, crispy fries without a little oil

Crispy Oven-Baked Potato Fries
Ingredients
4 large potatoes (preferably yellow-fleshed)
Salt to taste
Spices to taste (paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, rosemary, etc.)
Instructions
Preparing the potatoes:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt. You can also peel them, but if you prefer, leave the skin on for more flavor and crunch.
Slice the potatoes into thin slices (about 2 to 3 mm) using a sharp knife or a mandolin to achieve a uniform thickness.
Drying the potatoes:

Place the potato slices in a bowl and rinse them under cold water to remove the starch. This will make them crispier.
After a few minutes, drain the potatoes and dry them thoroughly with a clean cloth or paper towel.
Seasoning:

In a bowl, combine the dried potatoes with salt and spices of your choice. Mix well to distribute the seasoning evenly.
Cooking:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the potato slices in a single layer, making sure they don’t overlap.
Bake the fries for about 25 to 30 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking for even browning. Check regularly to prevent them from burning.
