π° White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake: A Love Letter in Dessert Form
If you’re looking for a show-stopping dessert thatβs creamy, fruity, and just a little bit boujee, this White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake is it. Itβs the kind of treat that looks impressive, tastes like heaven, and disappears in minutes β because everyone will want seconds.
White chocolate and strawberries are a match made in dessert heaven. Add them to a rich, velvety cheesecake on top of a buttery biscuit base, and youβve got pure magic. Perfect for birthdays, date nights, holidays β or just because you deserve something sweet.
π Ingredients
For the Base:
200g digestive biscuits or graham crackers, crushed
100g unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Filling:
400g cream cheese, softened
200g white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
150ml double cream (or heavy cream)
100g powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping:
200g fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tbsp strawberry jam or glaze (optional, for that glossy finish)
Shaved white chocolate or curls for garnish

Step 1: Make the Base
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a springform tin. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the melted white chocolate. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
Step 3: Assemble
Pour the filling over the chilled base and smooth the top. Chill in the fridge for at least 4β6 hours, or overnight for best results.
Step 4: Top & Serve
Before serving, arrange sliced strawberries on top. Warm the jam slightly and brush it over the strawberries for that perfect glossy finish. Garnish with white chocolate curls.
